Booking terms
The rental fee for the stay is paid upon booking. If you book through our website, payment is completed immediately.
Cancellation
Cancellation 2 weeks or more before arrival: 100% refund
Cancellation 2 – 1 weeks before arrival: 50% refund
Cancellation 7 – 3 days before arrival: 25% refund
Cancellation 3 days or less before arrival: 0% refund
Upon Arrival
Parking should only take place in designated and marked spots.
The stay must be paid for as soon as possible after arrival.
The minimum distance between motorhomes/caravans is 3 meters.
Caravans/motorhomes should not be placed in a way that blocks or traps other caravans/motorhomes.
Reserving space for others by placing chairs or similar items is not allowed.
Peace and quiet
There should be quiet in the area between 23:00 and 07:00.
Guests who are excessively intoxicated, behave indecently, or disturb peace and order may be asked to leave.
Power Connection
Only power outlets on power pedestals should be used as power supply for caravans/motorhomes.
One outlet should only be used by one caravan/motorhome. It is not allowed to distribute or share outlets with others.
The cable must be approved for outdoor use and have a cross-section of 2.5 mm². The length should not exceed 25 meters.
If you use a cable reel, the cable must be fully unrolled during use.
Departure
Gray water should only be emptied into the drain at the dumping station.
Dispose of household waste in the container. Other trash must be taken with you and disposed of elsewhere.
